This is an undergraduate-level class. The class focuses primarily on four chemical equilibria including precipitation, acid-base, EDTA, and Redox. In addition, introductory spectral analysis, electrochemical analysis, and chemical separations are included.

This is a graduate-level class. The class focuses primarily on light-matter interactions, three-wave mixing, four-wave mixing, quantum dynamics, etc.

Analytical Spectroscopy, Chem 7600
This is a graduate-level class. The class focuses primarily on the basic principle of electronic and vibrational spectroscopy, instrumental design, and spectral analysis. In addition, time-resolved fluorescence spectroscopy and transient absorption spectroscopy are included.

Physical Chemistry Laboratory, Chem 3090
This is an undergraduate-level class. The class focuses primarily on applying abstract knowledge of physical chemistry lectures into experimental skills. It includes 12 laboratories and 1 specicial project. We emphasize presentation and writing skills. Students also learn how to use numerical calculations with Igor and Matlab.
